How do I change the look?
Open Settings → Theme Studio. Grab a preset, or tweak colors, fonts, card shape, and more until it feels right.
What’s Pulse?
A feed of rising posts from communities you already care about. Turn it on in Settings → Reading, then it’ll show up next to Home.
How do I listen to a post or my feed?
Turn on Listening in Settings, then use Listen on a post or from a feed. Great for walks and chores.
Can I hide posts I’ve already opened?
Yep — Settings → Reading → Hide posts I’ve opened. Your feed stays fresh.
How do I change what a swipe does?
Settings → Gestures. Posts and comments each get their own short swipe and hold swipe, so you can map them differently.
Where’s the morning / evening briefing?
Settings → Digests. Turn on Daily Flare or Evening Flare. When one’s ready, it’ll show up on Home.
How do I change the app icon?
Settings → App Icon. Pick Flamey, Flare, Solar, or whatever fits your vibe.
How do I switch accounts?
Hold the You tab. You can also turn that on or off in Settings → Reading.
Mature posts keep popping up at work
They’re blurred by default. For a harder hide, set an iOS Focus with a Subflare filter while you’re at work.
Does the app send my posts somewhere for AI?
No. Summaries and Flare stay on your phone, and they stay off until you turn them on.
